A business that can’t serve customers 20 minutes before closing isn’t a business. It’s a hobby.
And the excuse? Staff were tired and hadn’t had lunch. On Easter weekend. At a tourist attraction. In Livingstone. The tourist capital of Zambia. Let that sink in.
Every Shoprite, every restaurant, every actual functioning business lets you in before closing time and serves whoever is inside. That’s not a favour. That’s literally how operating hours work.
They turned away 7 children, two babies, and one of Zambia’s most recognisable faces then offered zero apology. And somehow Pompi is the problem for talking about it?
The crocodile park had a chance to get free content, free exposure, and a goodwill moment with a national brand. They chose lunch instead.
